Aquatic Activity Special?

Water has some pretty amazing properties that make it perfect for exercises. Things like buoyancy, resistance, and pressure allow you to try movements and exercises that might seem too hard or painful on land.

Buoyancy

Thanks to buoyancy, water makes it easier to move your body because it takes away the pressure of gravity. It’s a big help for anyone with limited mobility, letting you move more freely while putting less stress on your joints.

Resistance

The natural resistance in water makes it great for building strength and improving coordination. It’s gentle but effective, adapting to how much effort you put in. Plus, it’s safer than using weights or machines.
